We rely on our amazing volunteers each and every day to help with important tasks such as sorting and packing food donations, preparing our weekend backpacks for schools, administrative work and more. We could not do our job of helping our community without our amazing volunteers. To register for available volunteer opportunities, click on the applicable link below.
Our group volunteer opportunities take place in our warehouse. We have group opportunities available twice a day Monday through Thursday from 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 4pm, and once a day Fridays 9am – 12pm. Groups of 10 or more may volunteer on a Saturday when available. As a volunteer you will be helping your community by sorting and boxing an array of food items that will then be delivered to families in Palm Beach County. The Palm Beach County Food Bank can accommodate up to 15 volunteers per group session. Volunteers must be 14 years or older to volunteer. Volunteers 14-16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. We do require 1 adult per 5 minors under the age of 17.

The Palm Beach County Food Bank welcomes individuals seeking to collect volunteer hours for court ordered community service. Court ordered community service volunteers must be handled on a case to case basis, and will be scheduled by the Volunteer Engagement Manager directly.
